Returns and Exchanges

We do not accept any returns, and/or exchanges with different items than you purchased.

Replacements

Our replacement policy lasts for 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a replacement.

We accept replacements only in case of any manufacturing defect. That does not include any damaged or missing parts due to mishandling during shipping, and not due to our error. Furthermore, to be eligible for a replacement, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Shipping

For replacement, please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, if different from us.

For replacement, you should first return your product to the address mentioned in here.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

If you are shipping an item over ₹5000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We'll ship the replacement item only after we receive your returned item in as is condition.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replaced product to reach you, may vary.

Refunds

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds are applicable only in case of Trainings. Furthermore, the refund applicability is there, only if the Trainings are cancelled by us. In such cases, based on your choice of exchange or refund, the appropriate refund will be processed (excluding any processing charges like payment gateway charges), and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received an approved refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
